Rock stars have a rousing effect on us. You are courageous,
authentic, show their dark side and do whatever it takes to make their dreams come true. Let’s embrace our dark side,
the brighter side shines all the more and other people find us a source of inspiration.
On my personal journey, I am constantly exploring with joy and
Curiosity about the darkest sides of myself, because inspiring others and helping them to embrace everything that makes them special and extraordinary is my heart’s desire. My professional career has taken me through all social classes and different cultures. From underage refugees to executives of international companies and entrepreneurs who came to me for advice and coaching, I learned a great deal during the encounter.
It is important to me to support women in particular to unleash their “rock star attitude” and to feel comfortable with everything they realize in their lives. Even in the most difficult situations, ANYTHING is possible if we believe in ourselves and create the right environment for it.
My focus in coaching
The systemic view allows me to see you in all your facets and to include the dynamics that you enter into with your environment. In this way, you can use exceptional tools and perspectives to find a solution that suits you and takes the effects into account. Where you grow beyond your limits, you need a framework that gives you the security to let yourself fall into the depths and darkness of your unconscious sides. But as I like to say, it’s where we wade through our own sh*t that we find our biggest diamonds. My aim is not to make you the best version of yourself, but to help you discover your wholeness and thereby increase your performance and enjoyment of life.

Private
The most common question I am asked by people I know is: “Charlotte, how do you do all this and stay so positive, strong and healthy?” As a single mom and entrepreneur, my answer to this question has been put to the test again, but my answer remains: Everything my heart burns for, I can manage as long as I stay true to myself and my values. Everything else contributes to my personal growth and I am proud to consciously take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves to me in the biggest crises of my life.
I love dealing with my own subconscious issues in private and experiencing the fruits of this in everyday life. In addition to my two children, my two dogs and the daily madness, I love traveling with the camper and taking my family on short and long adventures. I enjoy exploring foreign cultures, I like being out and about in nature by the water and in the countryside and my flexible and spontaneous nature always brings life to me and my loved ones.
Growing up in Turkey, Germany and France, the seeds of wholeness and well-being were planted in me at an early age. Where there is no fixed home, you learn to give yourself the feeling of home. This very personal path shaped my flexible, creative, self-confident and somewhat crazy, loud and colorful personality from an early age. That’s how I learned to experience my “different side” as extraordinary and to be my biggest fan. I wish this opportunity for everyone on our planet. I am convinced that we are creating a different world as a result. Inspiring others and helping them on their personal rock star path is therefore particularly important to me today.
