The story behind 3S-Consulting
The history of 3S-Consulting was shaped by its founder, Pierre C. Engama à Bediang, who started out with a clear vision and a passion for change and growth. Pierre has worked for many years in various organizations and industries, where he gained valuable experience in the areas of coaching, training and change management.
After recognizing the challenges and opportunities in the field of consulting and development, Pierre decided to start his own consulting firm. His goal was clearly defined: He wanted to create a platform that would help organizations and individuals reach their full potential and bring about lasting change.
With this approach, Pierre founded 3S-Consulting and set about assembling his team of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience and a deep understanding of their clients’ needs.
